HVAC Service Technician-Entry Level

HVAC Service Technician Job Duties may include but not limited to 

• Cleaning, adjusting, and repairing HVAC systems, and performing warranty
• Troubleshooting defective HVAC systems and equipment to make
• Performing preventative maintenance
• Improving air quality by cleaning ducts to optimize
• Fixing, replacing, and adjusting vents, and
• Ensuring condensation drain line is free of debris and draining .
• Performing emergency repairs
• Keeping daily logs and records of maintenance
• Maintaining service

Interviews are starting now! More About the Opportunity:

This is 8-week training program with an opportunity to interview with our Client.

You will, in a short time, learn what is needed to be Day-1 ready working as a HVAC Service Technician. Training is an educational opportunity preparing you for your EPA certification. Competitive wages begin once training has concluded and hired on with our Client.

Certification is no additional cost. Training consists of Zoom-remote learning and on-site, hands-on learning at an HVAC facility in Phoenix, AZ. Training is Monday – Friday. Employment opportunity may include weekends.

Requirements: 

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be 21 or older
• Valid Driver’s License (the position requires driving company vehicle)
• Must pass a criminal background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screen
• Passion for trades and a strong desire to learn technical
• Great communication skills, experience working with customers and
• Ability to thrive in a remote learning

Open Position Locations: 

• Phoenix, AZ

This position is not remote, candidates must live near the Phoenix area.

Job Type: Full-time 

Salary: From $19.00 per hour
