Apprentice HVAC Technician Job Duties:
- Cleaning, adjusting, and repairing HVAC systems, and performing warranty services.
- Troubleshooting defective HVAC systems and equipment to make diagnoses.
- Performing preventative maintenance.
- Improving air quality by cleaning ducts to optimize efficiency.
- Fixing, replacing, and adjusting vents and ductwork.
- Ensuring condensation drain lines are free of debris and draining correctly.
- Performing emergency repairs.
- Keeping daily logs and records of maintenance functions.
- Maintaining service trucks.
- Participating in company-provided training opportunities on customer service and the latest industry technologies.

More About the Opportunity:
This is a 4-week online pre-apprenticeship training program with an opportunity to interview with our client. In a short time, you will learn what is needed to be Day-1 ready as an Apprentice HVAC Technician. Competitive wages begin once training concludes and you are hired by our client. If hired, employment opportunities may include additional hours, weekends, and mandatory overtime.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid Driver’s License (the position requires driving a company vehicle)
- Must be 25 years or older (due to driving company vehicles)
- Must pass a criminal background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screen
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Some HVAC education or hands-on training
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Passion for trades and a strong desire to learn technical skills
- Great communication skills and experience working with customers and clients
- Ability to thrive in a remote learning environment
