Refund computations will be consistent with the refund policy guidelines and are based on weekly attendance through the last date of attendance. The determination of refunds will be calculated based on the most advantageous refund to the student.

Cancellation Policy

Apprentice Now will allow an applicant to cancel a participation agreement if the applicant submits a written notice of cancellation to Apprentice Now within three days, excluding Saturday, Sunday and state and federal holidays, of signing the participation agreement. Apprentice Now shall provide to the applicant a refund of 100% of all monies paid, no later than 45 days of receiving the notice of cancellation.

If an applicant cancels their enrollment on or before the start date or within the Drop Period which is the first seven (7) calendar days of the training program, Apprentice Now shall refund all money they have paid, except Apprentice Now may retain not more than $100 in any administrative fees charged, as well as items of extra expense that are necessary for the portion of the program attended and stated separately on the participation agreement. The student must submit a written notice of cancelling or withdrawing from the training program.

Institutional Refund Policy

If a student withdraws after the start date of the training program and after the Drop Period has concluded, the tuition refund, minus a $100 administrative fee, will be determined as follows:

Cost of training program divided by number of weeks in training program will determine the prorated tuition rate, not to exceed the total cost of training program. Any day during the week the student gained attendance shall be counted as a full week for the purposes of calculating the prorated value of the training program. Weeks the student gained attendance multiplied by the prorated tuition rate determines the amount owed by the student. Total tuition paid less the determined prorated tuition amount owed will be the determined refund amount.

Refunds will be issued to the student or entity who paid the tuition within 45 calendar days of student’s written withdrawal notification, or date of institution’s determination of withdrawal, based on absences or other criteria as specified in the participation agreement.

Books, educational supplies, or equipment for individual use are not included in the policy for refund and will not be refunded.
