Entry Level HVAC Service Technician 

No College Education/Experience Required!

You will work alongside professionals in both residential and commercial application. You will learn how to make a meaningful contribution within their organization! This is a full-time opportunity, with benefits and no prior experience required. 

HVAC Service Technician Job Duties may include but not limited to

• Cleaning, adjusting, and repairing HVAC systems, and performing warranty services.
• Troubleshooting defective HVAC systems and equipment to make diagnoses.
• Performing preventative maintenance
• Improving air quality by cleaning ducts to optimize efficiency.
• Fixing, replacing, and adjusting vents, and ductwork.
• Ensuring condensation drain line is free of debris and draining.
• Performing emergency repairs
• Keeping daily logs and records of maintenance functions.
• Maintaining service truck.

More About the Opportunity:

This is an 8-week training program with an opportunity to interview with the HVAC company.
You will, in a short time, learn what is needed to be Day-1 ready working as an HVAC Service Technician. Training is an educational opportunity preparing you for your EPA certification. Competitive wages begin once training has concluded and hired on with our client.

Certification is no additional cost. Training consists of Zoom-remote learning and on-site, hands-on learning at an HVAC facility in Phoenix, AZ. Training is
Monday – Friday. Employment opportunities may include weekends. 

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid Driver’s License (the position requires driving company vehicle)
• Must pass a criminal background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screen.
• Passion for trades and a strong desire to learn technical skills.
• Great communication skills, experience working with customers and clients.
• Ability to thrive in a remote learning environment.

Open Position Locations:

• Phoenix, AZ

This position is not remote, candidates must live near the Phoenix area.

Job Type: Full-time
