General Refund Policy

For most products and services, you may request a full refund minus a three percent (3%) processing fee within fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase. To request a refund, you must submit your request in writing to [email protected] by the 14th day from the date of purchase. Refund requests made beyond 14 days from the date of purchase are not eligible under any circumstances.

Refund Investigation

Refunds requested within 24 hours of purchase are subject to investigation to prevent piracy and ensure compliance with our terms of service.

Non-Refundable Offers

If you accept any additional products or discounts on your original purchase, please note that such sales are final and no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

Discretionary Refunds

All refunds are discretionary as determined by Apprentice Now. If it is determined that you are abusing our refund policy, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the program without providing a refund. *Note: We reserve the right to deny your refund request if we determine that the training materials (PDFs, PPT/Keynote slides, videos, etc.) have been downloaded and the request for a refund follows immediately after.
